Service Overview
NibLes provides Digital QR Menu solutions, NFC-enabled hardware, Website/App development, and Digital Marketing services.
Subscription & Managed Service
- Maintenance Fees: Our Managed Service requires a recurring maintenance fee to keep the digital menu active, hosted on our servers, and secure.
- Service Suspension: If the recurring fee is not paid, the QR link may be temporarily deactivated. Service will resume once the dues are cleared.
- Menu Updates: Active subscribers can request updates for their menu items and photos as per their service agreement.
Hardware & Delivery
- Hardware Quality: We provide high-quality acrylic stands and stickers. The premium range includes gold-bordered frames designed for a luxury aesthetic.
- Setup Fee: The initial setup fee covers the cost of hardware, QR generation, and the initial digital menu creation.
Technical Compatibility
- Universal Scanning: NibLes QR codes are tested to work with smartphone cameras, Google Lens, Google App, Chrome, and major UPI apps like GPay and PhonePe.
- Internet Dependency: The performance of the digital menu depends on the user’s internet speed and device specifications.
Updates & Support
- Clients can request changes to their digital content 24/7 via our official support channels.
- Technical support is provided through Call, WhatsApp, and Email.
Limitation of Liability
NibLes is not responsible for any temporary loss of service caused by third-party hosting issues or local internet problems at the client’s business location.
