Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NibLes, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions and premium hardware. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Digital Setup: Once the digital menu setup has begun or the QR code has been generated, the initial setup fee becomes non-refundable as it covers the cost of digital labor and hosting configuration.
- Hardware Orders: Orders for physical stands (Standard or Business Gold Packs) can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched or customized with your branding.
2. Refund Policy
- Hardware Damage: If you receive a damaged acrylic stand or faulty QR stickers, we offer a free replacement. You must report the damage with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
- Service Issues: If our QR codes fail to scan on verified platforms (Google Lens, GPay, etc.) due to a technical error on our end, we will fix the issue immediately. Refunds are only processed if we are unable to resolve the technical failure within 7 working days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Monthly maintenance fees once paid are non-refundable as they cover the active hosting and 24/7 update support for that month.
Subscription Cancellation
- Clients can choose to stop our Managed Service at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your digital menu link will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.
- To reactivate the service in the future, a small reconnection fee may apply.
